No personal data submitted via this website is used by these services for any purpose other than transmission to Aesiron Investigations.

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of research and intelligence services by Aesiron Investigations (Harry Carley, sole trader) to clients. By instructing Aesiron Investigations, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Aesiron Investigations provides open-source intelligence research, due diligence reports, director background checks, fraud risk assessments, pre-litigation research, asset and financial research, and insolvency support services to legal professionals and commercial clients in England and Wales.
All services are provided on a fixed-cost basis agreed in advance of any work commencing. No work will begin without written confirmation of instruction and agreement of the quoted fee.
An instruction is accepted when Aesiron Investigations provides written confirmation (by email) of acceptance and the agreed fixed fee. Aesiron Investigations reserves the right to decline any instruction without providing reasons.
Where a client cancels an instruction after work has commenced, Aesiron Investigations reserves the right to charge for work completed to the date of cancellation, calculated as a proportion of the agreed fixed fee.
Aesiron Investigations will treat all client matter information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except where required by law. Reports are produced for the sole use of the instructing party and must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent from Aesiron Investigations.
All research is conducted using lawful open-source intelligence methods. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in our reports, Aesiron Investigations cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of publicly available data. Our reports are intelligence products and do not constitute legal advice. Aesiron Investigations' total liability in connection with any instruction shall not exceed the fee paid for that instruction.
All reports produced by Aesiron Investigations remain the intellectual property of Aesiron Investigations until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of payment, a licence to use the report for the purposes stated in the instruction is granted to the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

However, we use browser localStorage — a similar technology — to temporarily store lead data submitted via the sample report request form as a local backup. This data is stored only in your browser and is not transmitted to any third party other than Aesiron Investigations via our secure logging system.
